Koyaanisqatsi directed by Godfrey Reggio and with music composed by Philip Glass and cinematography by Ron Fricke debuted in 1982 as the first film in the Qatsi trilogy. It was later followed by Powaqqatsi
(1988) and Naqoyqatsi
(2002). The trilogy depicts different aspects of the relationship between humans, nature, and technology*. Seamed like a perfect subject for Nugs Ali to deconstruct, remix and mash up with Drum-n-Bass, Glitch, and general Audio Anarchy. (Btec11) [download podcast - 18.4mb]
